Sedex, a non-profit that develops responsible and ethical business practices and improvement processes in the global supply chain, aims to develop ethical trading companies in the supply chain.

The Sedex approach supports buyers and suppliers to better manage social and environmental risks in data sharing and exchange, and to use them correctly and positively with responsible resources.

For this purpose, it provides a number of tools and guidance services and provides trainings to help companies map and manage risks in the supply chain.

Today, more than 60 thousand businesses in more than 150 countries in nearly 40 sectors including food, agriculture, financial services, clothing and apparel, packaging and chemicals are members of Sedex.
